Independence Day Events & Specials

We want to celebrate Independence Day with you! Check out the various Events & Specials we have planned for you to enjoy!

July 1-3: Half-Price Pool Admission @ Rec Plex, 12 pm - 7 pm

July 1-3: Unlimited Activity Wristband PRESALES @Leisure Travel Services & Davidson Fitness Center during normal business hours. 

July 4: Half-Price Pool Admission @ Rec Plex, 12 pm - 5 pm 

July 4: Stars & Stripes Color Run @ Davidson Fitness Center, 9 am

• Wear your red, white, and blue for good messy fun!
• Pre-register from 17 June - 3 July for $10. Registration day-of is $15.

July 4: Independence Day Celebration @ Gammon Field, 4 pm

• Free to attend and open to the public. Concessions and $5 Unlimited Activity Wristband available for purchase. 
• Musical performances by Huntly, NEWCO, and the 399th Army Concert Band
• Enjoy the Salute to the Union, military equipment & demos, bounce houses, slides, games, petting zoo, pony rides, car show, frisbee dog show, and the largest fireworks display in the area. 

July 4: Independence Day Car Show @ Gammon Field, 4 pm

• Trophies awarded for Best in Show, Best Car, Best Truck, and Best Motorcycle.
• $10 advance registration. $20 day of (cash only).

July 6: RWB Tournament @ Piney Valley Golf Course, 9 am

• 2-person teams. $35 for members and $50 for non-members. 

July 6: Shooting for the Stars @ Outdoor Adventure Center, 11 am

• Register by 1 July. $25 per person for gun rental, 25 shells, and 25 clay targets.
